Distance Sales Contract

1. Introduction
This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) constitutes a binding agreement between Arfume™ (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) and the customer (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) regarding the purchase of products and services through the Company’s website. This Contract governs the rights and obligations of both parties in relation to distance sales transactions.

This Contract covers the terms and conditions of the sale of products and services offered by the Company online, including payment methods, delivery, return, and warranty conditions.

4. Scope of the Contract
This Contract applies only to purchases made via the Arfume™ website. Both parties acknowledge that sales made through this website are considered distance sales, i.e., transactions carried out remotely (via the internet).

5. Order Process
By placing an order on the Arfume™ website, the Customer agrees to this Contract. The order process ends when the product is added to the cart, and payment steps are completed. The order becomes valid once the Company’s confirmation is received.

6. Pricing and Payment
The product prices are clearly stated on the website and include all taxes. Payment for the order can be made using the payment methods accepted by the Company. The Customer will receive an order confirmation after successful payment.

7. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Time in Turkey: Orders within Turkey are delivered within 3 to 8 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on the product and the destination address.

  • International Delivery: For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and courier used. These times generally range between [10] and [20] business days.

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size, weight of the order, and the selected delivery method. The Customer will confirm the shipping fees during the checkout process.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

  • The Customer may return the products within 14 days of receiving them. The product must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized products, hygiene-related items, opened products, and sale items cannot be returned.

9. Warranty Conditions
Arfume™ provides a quality guarantee for the products sold. If any defects are found in the product, the Company will initiate the return or exchange process. The warranty period for the product is specified in the warranty document provided with the product.

10. Cancellation and Termination
The Customer may cancel the order only before the product is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but the Customer may return the product after delivery.

11. Legal Obligations
The Company is legally responsible for the delivery and sale of the products. Both parties are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

12. Modifications
Arfume™ reserves the right to update or modify this Contract. The updated version of the Contract will be effective from the date it is published on the Company’s website. The Customer may review the current version of the Contract on the website at any time.
